Two days ago i felt pretty damn good and decided to max out everything i did at the gym...
So in the middle of doin shrugs i felt like my collar bone was gonna rip off.. The part closer to the sternum. Now these next two days its been really sore.
I broke my collar bone when i was younger and it actually kind of feels like that. The ache and soreness. This particular injury though is the other one. Not the one i broke.
Should i try to just got lighter or take a break for a few days...
